First class and friendly customer service. I had Sunrise Glass customer make an insert to use with a portable air conditioner vented out a casement window. Their solution is to make a lexan (like plexiglass, but better) piece, metal framed, with a cutout for the vent hose. Wonderful solution. The piece goes into the frame where your screen would go. Can open and close the casement.

I stopped into Sunrise Glass in Brewer after noticing a small chip in my windshield following a car wash. They took a look right away and offered to fill the chip on the spot—no charge, no insurance hassle, and they wouldn’t even accept a tip. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, and they were incredibly friendly and professional throughout. It’s rare to come across a business that’s this helpful without trying to upsell or turn it into a bigger job. Highly recommend Sunrise Glass—honest, efficient, and great to work with.

1st Impressions. Called for service on an ill fitting shower door which the receptionist took upon herself to diagnose as being a full door replacement. Just sent pics to another company who will bring the needed "hinge" for replacement. Receptionist offered "tomorrow" as a service date which is not convenient for us, so I was told there'd be a $45 gas charge to come to Searsport on any other day which another date was not offered but that she will place my info on her desk until anything comes available. The other company who offered more than just tomorrow as a service date, is further distance but no gas charge. Good customer service does exist but sadly not here.

I’ve had work done here twice, first time to replace my windshield which they gave me an incredible referral deal and the second time a month later because a rock came up and chipped my window and they gave me another great deal since o had gotten it done here prior. They are incredibly nice and super quick and ridiculously affordable. I will be coming back and recommending them to everyone needed glass work done. 10/10 service

All around crappy service, don’t know what they’re doing. Got a crack fixed in my windshield through them and it spidered shortly after their warranty ran out on it. Quoted an incorrect price for the full windshield replacement, it was about half of what the price of my actual windshield really costs. Drove all the way there for the appointment and found out it was the wrong price. And refused to do anything to make it right. Not even so much as an apology. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go through this company for reason.
