First visit, a couple of years ago — excellent quality and service. Turned around my woodstove glass in just a few hours.
This week, I returned, expecting the same stellar service. I got the complete opposite. Couldn’t same-day my glass like before (even though it’s an essential part of my primary home heating). Fine.
They promised to have it done before the cold snap. No call on they day they committed to, so I showed up. They didn’t have it.
They agreed to rush it (the least they could do) — and then tried to send me out the door with only half of my order.
If I hadn’t checked the package before leaving, I would’ve been out at least $150.
They were extremely rude and dismissive while I waited for them to cut the second piece of glass.
What a mess.
I’ll never shop here again.
If you don’t want to get jerked around, ripped off, and gaslit — look elsewhere.
Seriously.
Anywhere else.
We had a fantastic experience with Sunrise Glass when we recently replaced four home windows and a storm door. Pricing was fair, the team communicated well and were very responsive, and install was well coordinated and efficient. A big thank you to Michelle, Brandon, Adolpho, and Lisa for helping us with our upgrades!
I visited Sunrise Glass to fix a rockchip in my windshield. They did a great job; the appointment was the next day. While I waited, I overheard Michelle mention to a customer on the phone that they're also a Harvey Window installer. When I finished the apointment for the rockchip, I asked Michelle to send someone to give me an estimate on windows for my house. The estimate was WAY, WAY less than Renewal By Anderson; in fact, it was so much less, I was able to have 3 more windows done, and STILL save more than half! The team was friendly, professional and had a sense of humor; they were efficient and focused on meeting the deadline, to which they finished before the deadline. I cannot thank them enough for a job really well done. I have 2 windows to do in the future, and they will be my FIRST phone call. Not least of which because a real person answers their phone! I pulled a DA move. Smashed out the rear crew cab window with power slider, on our F250 truck. Wife's kayak didn't get hurt at all. My fault didn't lash the yak down firmly enough. We drove straight to Sunrise Glass in Brewer, within 30 minutes. Michelle the office lady put crash wrap on the damage so we could drive home without glass flying everywhere. Called my insurance company to report. Michelle made an appointment for us, 3 day wait for parts. The Tech, Alex installed and tested the power slider within 1.5 hours. We were treated very well, answered all our questions, the tech did a great job. We have a $0.00 deductible that is included in our insurance. What more could one ask for? Sunrise Glass gave excellent service and we are so pleased with the repair. Five Star rating without hesitation.
