Best Pilates Instructor ever!!
I love this studio! It has changed my life. I'm fitter and more centered than I have ever been. Lillian's Tuesday and Thursday midday Pilates classes are the best. It’s tough and requires that you sticky with it for at least a few months, but it is so worth it. I wish I had before and after photos. For the first time in my life, I have a bit of a definition. I feel stronger and notice the difference in every class and workout I do. Give it a try. I guarantee you won't regret it.
My husband and I looked forward to Stacy’s Tuesday evening Flow and Stretch class each week — it became our reset and grounding time together. Stacy brings such a calm, welcoming energy to her studio, and you can truly feel the care she puts into every class. As both the owner and teacher, she’s created a space that feels intentional, warm, and inclusive. We’re so grateful for our time there and will truly miss it!
This is the most amazing place. I started trying just a couple of classes and now go at least 4 days a week. The instructors the absolute best around. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I particularly enjoy Roll and Restore, Yin and Yang, Yoga Moves, and Vinyasa Pilates Mashup. If pressed to choose a favorite, it's Thursday at 1 p.m. Roll and Restore. It's like massage and deep relaxation. I highly recommend. Give it a try, I guarantee that you won't regret it.
Sunny Street is my first in person experience with Yoga and I love it. I have attended class with 5 different instructors and they are all lovely. I have had wonderful experiences and have met some really nice people. I started out two day a week. I liked it so much I’m up to four days a week. I truly can say this has been a wonderful experience.

I have been to many yoga studios in Atlanta and this one prob has the best instructors. I feel like I actually learn yoga, not just going to a workout class. The instructors take time teaching you all the positions and how to sync them with your breathing. They have clear instructions, do the positions with you and help you modify along the way. Amazing studio!

Thank you so much! We’re so happy to have you here, and really appreciate your comments.
A great little hidden gem of a studio in Peachtree Corners. Right behind the Loving Hut Vegan restaurant and DiBar Grill.
I adore Lilian Leone who teaches both vinyasa and ashtanga there. She doesn't just teach the motions but if you continue to come she observes, works with your body, injures and etc to ensure your doing the poses safely and for maximum benefit without pushing yourself to injury (particularly in ashtanga). So many teachers just take you through the motions and you never truly learn about what's best for your body. Highly recommend Lilian. Have also had good classes with the other instructors there .
The instructors are kind, encouraging and so knowledgeable. I love the inviting, soothing atmosphere and the small classes that mean you'll get the attention you need. Sunny Street has improved my physical and mental well being!

Sunny Street Yoga is the studio I have been looking for! There are so many things I like about this studio - I'll address them in the order of things that appeal to me most.
First, Sunny Street limits class sizes to 10. I LOVE that classes never feel crowded, and I never have to rush to get there too early for a spot. Additionally, I never have to worry about the potential awkwardness of touching strangers accidentally in class. (Okay, there are certainly worse things, but this is so awkward, right?!)
Next, this is truly a studio that offers many styles of practice. If you are looking for strength and stamina, you can find it. If you are looking for restoration and meditation, you can find it. If you are looking for a flow that combines the two, yep - you can find it. Like an earlier reviewer, I am LOVING the Ashtanga classes.
Additionally, all levels of practice are welcomed. Props are readily available, and modifications and enhancements are offered for many asanas. In my experience, classes typically have participants that reflect a range of experience levels. All are welcomed and encouraged. I have never seen anyone pushed beyond their comfort level.
All instructors I've practiced with (I have been to classes offered by five different instructors) have been incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and encouraging. I regularly sign up for classes with all of them as my schedule allows.
Sunny Street has a handy app for class registration. All classes require registration in advance, and the app makes it so easy to check out the schedule and register for classes. It is super user-friendly. You can also monitor the number of participants who have registered for upcoming classes.
Sunny Street also offers other wellness classes and special events, such as book clubs, circles, and general wellness events. They also sponsor events in the community, such as Friday morning yoga at the Forum. There appear to be a number of opportunities to connect with other people who practice at the studio if you are interested in doing so.
Finally, it is easy to get in and out of - open parking lot and close to a number of neighborhoods. Classes are affordable and membership is a great value!
I highly recommend a visit. Did I mention that they have great offers for visiting guests? Check them out on social media or their website for more details. See you at the studio!
Sunny Street was recommended to me by a yoga instructor who advised that Sunny Steet has instructors (Lilian and Blake) that incorporate Ashtanga into their classes, and I had to check it out. They have a nice variety of classes and instructors, cap each class at 10 people total, and is non-heated (which I personally prefer). The first time it's hard to find, as it's nestled back behind the complex of businesses, but parking is easy and it's super accessible. It's no-frills, no gimmicks, just real yoga, in a cheery, bright, and cozy location with kind staff.
