⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sunny Homes delivered an unequivocally exceptional experience from the earliest stages of conceptual planning through to the culminating point of final handover. Throughout the entire journey, the team demonstrated exemplary professionalism, commendable patience, meticulous attention to detail, and an impressive depth of industry acumen. Every aspect of the build from the spatial configuration and architectural layout to the selection of finishes and the overall execution reflected conscientious workmanship, refined craftsmanship, and a sincere commitment to transforming our vision into a beautifully realised home. I would like to extend my profound appreciation to Navleen, Umang, and Raman for their expertise, perseverance, responsiveness, and unwavering dedication. Their collective diligence, transparency, and solution-focused approach made the entire process remarkably seamless, gratifying, and reassuring. I unreservedly recommend Sunny Homes to anyone seeking a dependable, high calibre builder capable of delivering superior quality, integrity, and an outstanding construction experience.

We are incredibly grateful that we chose Sunny Homes to build our very first home. From the beginning, we felt that we had trusted the right builder with such an important dream. What truly impressed us was the flexibility to customise our home and bring our own ideas to life. Our dream home became a reality because of the time, care, patience and commitment that went into making our vision possible. We were also genuinely impressed with the standard inclusions and overall quality offered by Sunny Homes. Compared with other builders we considered within our budget, the inclusions, finishes and value we received were amazingly generous. It gave us confidence that we were getting not only a beautiful home, but also great value for our investment. Building your first home can be overwhelming, but having a builder who listens, accommodates your ideas and helps turn your vision into reality makes such a difference. Looking around our completed home now, we honestly feel that we made the right choice. A huge thank you to the @sunny_homes_act team for helping us create a home that is truly ours. We absolutely love it! ❤️ We are very happy with the final result and, most importantly, we are happy to continue putting our trust in Sunny Homes for any future building plans. We would also be very proud to recommend Sunny Homes to our family and friends. Thank you for turning our dream into our home. 🏡❤️

My favourite thing about this Taylor showroom is the sky window in the living room. The scenery at night must be beautiful! And the French house next door is very carefully made, especially the kitchen, which is very good at making storage space. With my understanding of sunny home, this company is very trustworthy, and the quality, management and after-sales company are very professional.

This was our first build, so it was about more than just a house. It was a personal journey to create a welcoming and light-filled home. Sunny understood our perspective and offered us several options tailored to our situation. We felt reassured throughout the process that we could contact him at any time—and we did. There were unexpected challenges and issues along the way. But Sunny and the team addressed them promptly and worked hard to resolve them to our satisfaction. This hands-on approach turned potential frustrations into a smooth resolution. The follow-up service after handover has been greatly appreciated — quick responses and ongoing support. 5-Month Post-Handover Review – Sunny Homes We’ve now been living in our new home at Tralee , South Jerrabomberra for five months and are extremely happy with the entire experience. The team — architects, project manager, foreman, and selections staff — was highly professional, efficient, and skilled throughout. The standard inclusions were noticeably better than other builders we considered (e.g., full Bosch kitchen appliances). We particularly appreciated:Your flexibility and willingness to accommodate design changes before council approval Practical, helpful suggestions (e.g., passage widths, retaining wall details) Prompt and thorough attention to touch-up painting and minor repairs after handover The home was completed on schedule (8 months) and exactly within budget — an impressive achievement. We have no hesitation in highly recommending "Sunny Homes" to friends and family. We will definitely be using you again for our next project.Thank you for delivering such a high-quality home and a smooth building journey!Best regards, Pankaj Persai

We are on our fourth build and what already feels like the most promising one yet!  We have learned a lot from past builds and Sunny has taken the time to walk through every detail with us, treating our questions with the respect they deserve. That kind of transparency is rare, and it already feels like the kind of partnership and experience every homeowner dream of.  Sunny has earned our confidence with his experience before the slab even gets poured.

We had an outstanding experience building with Sunny Homes . From the start, Umang was really helpful and guided and educated us on each step about the construction stages. The team delivered transparent pricing and no unexpected costs. The design team listened to our ideas and made them real. The build phase was smooth and stress free. The handover was thoughtful—with a full warranty pack and a walkthrough—and they’ve been prompt to address small follow-ups. Sunny’s personal approach made it feel like building a home with friends. Highly recommended!
