Great space with everything a large group needs, all the electronic, niceties, lots of fun things including pinging table, hot tub, balls, frisbees etc. Great location for ready access to the pool area. Large kitchen with massive kitchen table, kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, cooking supplies etc.

Our family of 17 loved staying at your house so much. One of the things we loved the most was the big gathering area - the kitchen, dining, living room area was absolute perfect for our family. Loved all the bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. It was perfect! We loved being so close to the pool and had such a great time there! We loved the outdoor patio and our grandkids loved the spiral staircase up to the upstairs patio. Loved having the double stroller, the games, the high chair and the wagon. Those were well used! We also loved your bacon griddle, assortment of pots and pans and your outside grill as well as your selection of children’s cups and plates. We also loved the location - so many running trails and paths to explore!! Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Great space that accommodated our large family. All adults had large rooms with on-suite bathrooms, location near the pool was really convenient. The amenities at this location are amazing. Lazy River, large children’s splash pad with slides. When that space gets too busy, there’s a calmer pool very close as well. Great stay, and we’d highly recommend. Hope to make this an annual family trip!

John was an excellent host—responsive, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. His St. George property was ideal for family gatherings, especially with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We appreciated the ample towels and consistent hot water, even with multiple showers back-to-back. The resort amenities were a big hit with our grandkids, and we visited daily. The location is fantastic, close to Snow Canyon and Pioneer Park, which the kids loved exploring.My only suggestions are that the home could be cleaner and there was noticeable wear on furniture and baby items. (We bought booster seats after seeing the high chairs.) Also, upgrading the toilet paper would be a small, meaningful touch. These issues are manageable and improvable.We loved the convenient access to pools and Gubler Park, the provided wagon for hauling gear, and the garage access, which helped with limited parking. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and we would return with a few upgrades.

Immediately after Stacie’s stay we did a thorough deep cleaning of the entire house and are working on her suggested updates/Upgrades. We have high cleanliness standards and have communicated the concerns to our cleaning team. We also now have a quality control inspection before each guest arrives.
My family loved our stay at Sun-kissed in Paradise. The home was clean and had EVERYTHING we needed. Some vacation rentals have minimal kitchen tools. This home had it all...bread pans, turkey roaster, rolling pin, plus the basics. No need to pack tools if you are wanting to cook. We were close to all the amenities that were part of the community, and they were easy to get to. We would 10 out of 10 recommend this property!
We loved staying at Sun-kissed in Paradise Village! One HUGE perk was the host, John, provided his cell phone number so if we had any questions, I could text or call and he responded immediately. Another great perk were all of the little things the house included, tons of pool towels, kids plates, floaty toys for the pool, scooters, a double stroller, extra bedding and pillows in all of the rooms. This is not to mention that the property backed up to the lazy river so we could stand in the kitchen and see our family swimming which made it convenient for those who did not want to spend all day in the pool and it was a short walk to the pool. We will be staying here again and recommend it for all!

Great house for a good sized group. Has two bedrooms with bunk beds that works great at places for kids to sleep. The pool area right behind the home was a major hit with everyone. The heated lazy river is awesome during the cold season. John was responsive. There was a minor issue with a missing tv remote when we arrived. He made arrangements to have a new one dropped off within a few hours. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay! Plenty of beds for everyone. Beautiful view of the pool but private and quiet enough. There was a great supply of pool toys. We brought our own but now we know for the future. The bikes and scooters were a nice touch for the little ones to use. We love this neighborhood and come back as often as we can.
