I had a big problem with my off peak battery storage system which was only 1 year old. Problems were due to original installation and incorrect set up programming by Soly.
I contacted Oliver of Sunbright Eng. and he totally sorted out all that needed to be done to reprogram and update existing system.

Sunbright have been excellent in sorting out our solar panel system - the battery system from another supplier wouldn't work (that supplier now in prison) and we now have a fully functioning and monitorable one. The guys that did the installation were tidy and polite and explained what they were doing. We had to have additional cabling put in place as the original company fitted a sub-standard one, the guys came back and completed the installation at no extra cost to us. The advice and professionalism is superb, highly recommended
