I advise folks to double check their invoices as they are doubling rates.
Keep in mind you will need to give them a two week notice when you intend to vacate your unit.
When Sunbird acquired the facility they indicated that they would not increase the rates for a year upon signing the lease agreement with them.
I received an invoice and noticed a significant increase today, after 4 months. There was no conversation by this facility to forewarn me of this prior to me catching this today.
I do not appreciate the lack of transparency and misinformation from this office. I was sent an email with the notice of change in a PDF document in the same type of formatted message sent for invoices. I was only alerted directly to the change when reviewing the invoice.
Awesome Service and great attitude. These woman know what they are doing! Will definitely use this storage again

Tasha, the site manager at Sunbird Storage, made the entire process of getting our unit set up incredibly easy. She was patient, informative, and extremely accommodating, especially with my toddler running around. The facility itself was extremely clean and well kept, and based on my first impressions, that’s a direct reflection of Tasha and the rest of the team who clearly take ownership in their work. I have had an amazing experience with sunbird storage. I have been needing a lot of things out of my storage lately and I will ask the staff questions or if I have any concerns. The staff are kind and are always willing to go out of their way to help. The facility is always clean and always has the trollies to help carry heavy items into the storage.
