Matt was absolutely incredible.. From professional explanations to clear and timely communication, I felt that my house and my family were in the best of hands. The work was done well, on time, and to the agreed specifications without the need for supervision or quality control work on my behalf throughout.
We had at least a foot of flooding in our crawlspace. Matthew responded quickly and both put in a temporary pump and then a sump pump + french drain for a permanent solution. He and his crew were fast, friendly and open to all my questions.
In fact, the pump got a stress test well after installation. I had my circuit breaker off (for indoor work), which kept the pump off during some heavy rain. Turned it back on and the flood alarm went off, as it should. The sump pump quickly emptied out my crawlspace again and now it's nice and dry.
I would give Matt and his entire crew 10 stars. Awesome communication from day 1, and thoroughly impressed with the work done in my crawlspace. Installed a complete Sump pump system that ties into our downspout and explained everything about the system he installed, including followup questions weeks after the install. I will recommend Sump Pump Wizards to anybody needing work done when water intrusion under your house is a factor, thanks again Matt!
No support after installation. Matthew will not return my calls or emails and provide the equipment that I paid for

Our sump pump stopped working and we had a lake in the crawlspace. These guys were able to get out to our house quickly. These guys tech Chase was on time, professional, and worked quickly. He replaced our sump and pumped all the water out before leaving. We really appreciated the timeliness and affordable price. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Matthew and his team were awesome. They were able to quickly assess the standing water situation under my house and provide an assessment and a couple of options to address my problem. They started the job the next day and completed the whole job in 2.

Matthew and his team were great! I initially had them come out for a sump pump inspection since I recently moved into a new house that has one. They serviced it and answered all my questions since I’ve never owned or worked on a sump pump before.
After they completed their work, he had some recommendations for improving the drainage basin as well as fixing a foundation crack which I knew needed to be repaired at some point. He gave me a quote for the additional projects and the price seemed reasonable so I had them back out 2 weeks later. Unfortunately Matthew wasn’t able to seal the foundation crack from inside the house since it was behind a shower, which would have been a lot more time and money. So instead he dug several feet down to seal the crack from the outside, filling me in on the process along the way. The nice bonus was that this way was cheaper so he knocked several hundred dollars off my remaining payment.
I would definitely hire Matthew and his team again! He was honest and great to work with in person, responsive via text, and provided competitive pricing.

Avoid. Zero support after installation. Was sold by the great customer service through the previously branded "Sump Pump Geeks" now "Sump Pump Wizards" group but have spent almost an entire YEAR trying to get ahold of Matthew Behrens, my project manager who still has equipment that I paid for and was waiting to have installed when my wifi was setup. He hasn't bothered to text, call or email me back after months of trying.
Be careful working with a company that ignores their customers post installation.
Mathew and Chace work hard, fast and clean. Communication was great. Thank you.

Matthew and Chase came and did an assessment, gave me a solution to my drainage issues. They then returned and completed the work quickly, efficiently and professionally. I am very happy with the results. Matthew also shared some suggestions to help improve my downspout issues. Now that everything is complete I feel my home, and foundation are safe from our heavy rains in the PNW.
