Dear Joseph Sullivan, I am truly disappointed in your representation in our Father's claim. It's been 14 years since your firm has had our Father's claim. We ask for updates but you have refused to speak to us. It's been 2 years since we heard from you. Our Father may not be a priority to you but he is definitely a priority to us. I'm very disappointed we really expected more from your firm. 14 years to process a claim is unheard of. And we still waiting. This is truly disgraceful. Hi Tiffany. You know this isn’t true. We kept your father, and then you and your siblings after he passed away, up to date every step of the way. What is true is that it has, unfortunately, taken an extraordinarily long time to bring your father’s claim to conclusion. But, as you know, that is because the claim was originally denied, and we had to appeal, which we did successfully, but which takes a very long time. Then your father passed away, which required that we appoint your sister as administrator of his estate. We then amended the claim to include a claim that his death was caused by the original injury. We succeeded at that as well. Ultimately, we obtained a substantial award, which then had to be approved by the Bronx Surrogate’s Court, a process that normally takes an extremely long time, but which was delayed even further because of your refusal to cooperate. If there was any merit to what you say, the grievance you filed against me would not have been summarily dismissed. ~Joe Sullivan

When signing with Sullivan Brill, there were a lot of unknowns. Being in a lot of other forums where other Veterans were being represented by other Attorneys, I felt head and shoulders above the others. The entire staff at Sullivan Brill handled everything top tier. When it came time for the actual layout of the claims, I did not see any other Veteran in my cohort received a bigger pay out. So, not only was I represented better, I also received the highest compensation. I feel very blessed to have been represented by Sullivan Brill.
