I ordered a cake topper as it was reasonably priced. The process was simple and smooth. A few days later I had an email stating that the item had been shipped. I thought.., that’s amazing, and pretty quick! Literally 2 hours later, I had an email stating that I would be refunded, no explanation, no nothing!
Now all I would have wanted is a couple of words apologising for the confusion. I understand these things happen, however
communication is key for your customers. Had I have had this, I would have reordered another, however due to this experience, I have since sourced my item elsewhere.
