I had an estimate from a company that we had been a customer for many years and it was so much, ,we were thinking we should buy a new furnace. My friend recommended this company and I am so glad she did! ! I spoke to both Bret and Brett and they were polite and respectful . I shared the estimate I received with Bret. Bret reviewed it and made some recommendations. He then followed up by checking over the furnace said I didn’t need to replace all the pieces. Bret explained how these parts worked and what to watch for to determine if they would need to be replaced in the future At no time was he pushy. And left the decision to me. In the end I had great customer service and we saved a very good amount of money plus we didn’t need to replace the furnace. Now I will go to SubZero Mechanical for all of our future needs. Thank you so much!!

Brett at Subzero is amazing. I had an issue with my furnace mid-December. He was at my house by 10 am, had the furnace running by 11. The part we needed was on back order, it took about 8 weeks to come in. As soon as it arrived three guys showed up at my house and had my furnace fixed in about 3 hours. Amazing service. Super friendly staff. I couldn't be happier.

In a typical February Alberta snowstorm, my furnace was not running properly. Living rural, I'm familiar with a number of scenarios to troubleshoot with it. When I'd exhausted everything I knew with no resolution, I called Subzero, thankful that they had 24-hour support. On the phone, Brett talked through what I was experiencing. He explained likely causes of the problem with me and asked if I needed someone that evening or if I wanted regular business hours the following day. We were ok to wait. The following morning, snowstorm subsided, the furnace was again operating normally. But that was good news because it made diagnostics easier! The crew was here first thing in the morning, drove through the terrible snow drifts, and had my situation resolved in just over an hour. I now have a brand new chimney! They were very respectful, explained what they were doing, showed me the old chimney, and explained what maintenance they recommended going forward. The bill was appropriate for the services. I would not hesitate to recommend subzero to anyone in their service area. Thank you Brett!

You can’t go wrong with Sub Zero in the Parkland County region in Alberta They have helped us out numerous times. For example An emergency when our furnace crapped out while we were in Mexico and our niece was house sitting. They came straight over. Fair prices. Honest service. Just choose Sub Zero.

Sub Zero's pricing was the best out of the quotes I received, which was great. But what really blew me away was the customer service and communication I received. Brett's great service and professionalism made it easy to trust him and his team. They did a great job!!
