Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how disappointing this situation has been, and we want to clarify a few important points for transparency.

As an RPL consultancy, we do not control the operations or regulatory status of the Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). Qualifications are issued solely by the RTO, and ASQA is the national regulator responsible for approving or cancelling an RTO’s registration.

At the time your qualification was issued, both the RTO and your certification were fully valid. We have gone above and beyond our obligations by coordinating support for all affected students, including offering reassessment options through another accredited RTO. Any refunds or reimbursements must be processed by the RTO, as we are required to pay the full amount to the RTO in order for your qualification to be issued.

We remain committed to assisting you and every student impacted by this regulatory decision.

Scammers After paying for my RPL qualification and awaiting my certificate, they give me an agreement to indemnify themselves incase it gets cancelled and shifting liability to RTO that am not even in contact with, after asking them to link me with RTO incase of anything now they have not picked my calls close to three weeks and ignoring my emails and messages. I feel conned and frustrated at the moment. I believe someone should be given a contract to read and agree before making payments but they take your money first then send the contract which is wrong! Neither are they willing to refund my money, one lady called Maisha doesn’t pick my calls anymore! Someone needs to stops this fraud!

We understand your frustration but must clarify that as an RPL consultancy, we do not control or regulate the RTOs we work with, nor do we have influence over ASQA’s decisions.

At the time your qualification was issued, both the RTO and your qualification were valid. We have done everything possible to assist, including offering reassessment through another accredited RTO to all affected clients.

That said, your comments are disrespectful and misleading, especially considering our consistent communication and the reassessment offer extended to all affected clients.

As a professional consultancy, we will not tolerate defamatory or abusive behaviour. We will be pursuing legal action for defamation, and you will be hearing from our legal team shortly.

We advise you to address any future concerns professionally.

Excellent experience, highly recommend I recently attended the StudyIN Institute, and it was a fantastic experience. One of the highlights was the support I received from Promy. SCAM Alert ⚠️ SCAM !! You will get certificate, even back dated, but that will not be legit and WILL BE CANCELLED BY ASQA within 6 months. Reason will be that the college (in my case Arizona College Pty Ltd) has been found non compliant with guidelines of ASQA. In short, it will be a sting you will feel after 6 months. Hence, all the 5 star around.
