As an RPL consultancy, we do not control the operations or regulatory status of the Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). Qualifications are issued solely by the RTO, and ASQA is the national regulator responsible for approving or cancelling an RTO’s registration.
At the time your qualification was issued, both the RTO and your certification were fully valid. We have gone above and beyond our obligations by coordinating support for all affected students, including offering reassessment options through another accredited RTO. Any refunds or reimbursements must be processed by the RTO, as we are required to pay the full amount to the RTO in order for your qualification to be issued.
We remain committed to assisting you and every student impacted by this regulatory decision.

Scammers
After paying for my RPL qualification and awaiting my certificate, they give me an agreement to indemnify themselves incase it gets cancelled and shifting liability to RTO that am not even in contact with, after asking them to link me with RTO incase of anything now they have not picked my calls close to three weeks and ignoring my emails and messages. I feel conned and frustrated at the moment. I believe someone should be given a contract to read and agree before making payments but they take your money first then send the contract which is wrong! Neither are they willing to refund my money, one lady called Maisha doesn’t pick my calls anymore! Someone needs to stops this fraud!

Excellent experience, highly recommend

You will get certificate, even back dated, but that will not be legit and WILL BE CANCELLED BY ASQA within 6 months. Reason will be that the college (in my case Arizona College Pty Ltd) has been found non compliant with guidelines of ASQA. In short, it will be a sting you will feel after 6 months. Hence, all the 5 star around.

Beware ⚠️
Their provided RPL certificate was cancelled by Australian Government.
Despite that, they didn't provide any refund and asked for full extra money to get certs again.

VERY DODGY COMPANY, DO NOT TRUST
DONT TRUST, VERY DODGY
Very dodgy business. I enrolled in a Certificate IV in Disability that Studyin referred me to through Arizona College. I paid $1500, provided all the evidence for my RPL, and trusted that they would handle it properly. Last week I found out through my ACEQA that my certificate was cancelled. They failed to do their part, and now they are trying to wash their hands off it by saying it’s beyond their control. To make things even worse, instead of taking responsibility, they are now asking me for more money to “fix” the issue. This is shocking and completely unacceptable. It shows that they only care about taking money, not about students’ futures. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed because I put in my time, money, and trust, only to be left with nothing. From what I have seen, all the colleges they deal with are fraudulent, and they are running a dodgy setup together. Please don’t fall into this trap. Be very careful before trusting STUDYIN or any of the colleges they are linked with. They will happily take your money, fail to deliver, and then demand even more. It’s a scam, it’s unfair, and people deserve to know the truth.
