Studio Physique is one of the most intentional and results-driven studios I’ve trained at.
The workouts are challenging in the best way and you can feel the difference in how your body responds. There’s a real focus on form, mind muscle connection, and actually training with purpose, not just going through the motions.

Studio Physique is my all time favorite place to workout! The Megaformer total body classes have become a staple in my life! The instructors are absolutely fabulous and help me achieve my fitness goals! I have found such an amazing community of girls through Studio Physique! Plus, the owner Chris is amazing!! I drive out of my way to take classes here. It’s my favorite independent studio in the area. All of the instructors are fantastic. From Sabrina, Pam, and Angela (the OG crew) to the newer instructors like Dom, Gia, Audrey, Amanda and Sarah. Also! The overall vibe is so great! It’s like being in an isolation tank. You get to tune out the world and focus on yourself for 50 minutes. You will definitely feel it and see the results you want. To say it’s like Pilates does Lagree an injustice. My opinion, lagree > pilates.
5 stars!! My absolute favorite Lagree studio in St Pete. The classes are challenging, the music is fabulous and the coaches are motivating. This studio really is the whole package!
The BEST Pilates/lagree in the bay!! I’ve been going for a year and a half. The atmosphere is welcoming, classes are HARD but push you to be better, and I love all the instructors.

She won Best in the Bay last year, and there’s absolutely no question why!!! This studio is life changing. Every class is curated and challenging and it would be impossible to choose a favorite instructor. They are all so good at what they do and how they do it. I will be a student here for as long as they’re around.
Update: A few months have gone by, and on my travels I’ve tried other studios. I am doubling down. SP is unmatched. Beginners, intermediate and advanced students are always all welcomed and always challenged.

I joined Studio Physique over a month ago. The instructors are incredibly motivating, friendly, and helpful. One of the things I love most is that the classes are always different, with outstanding choreography and music. The workouts are definitely challenging, but there are options for beginners. This studio is amazing. I stumbled across Lagree Fitness while traveling for work and looking for Pilates studios. I went to one that was categorized as Pilates , but I realized it was very different and I loved it even more. After learning it was Lagree, I quickly began my research to find one near me at home. I found Studio Physique, and I love it so much!! The studio has brand new megaformers (and after going back to the studio I attend when I travel that has an older version….. I realized how awesome the new megas really are), the trainers are absolutely amazing, and the overall vibe (lighting, music, etc.) is just right. While I am newer to this practice, I am not new to working out. After only a few months of Lagree, my core has never been stronger. I am also seeing very good changes in my body composition & muscle tone. I also cannot say enough good things about the instructors. They focus on form, provide corrections, modifications, and challenges to ensure everyone in class gets their best workout. They are also so kind and motivating. I have brought so many family and friends to the studio to try the workout because I think it is so efficient and effective. I previously had a self established limit of 5 mile radius for gyms I was willing to attend, I now drive 30+ min and probably pass 100+ gyms to get to Studio Physique. That is how much I love this place! My only complaint is that it’s not closer to me. I am actively hoping that in the future they may open a north Pinellas County location so that I can get all of my workout friends to join me on a regular basis. - To the universe: we need a Studio Physique in Tarpon - Palm Harbor - or Clearwater FL!!!!
