We've only been working with studiohawk for a couple of months now but we are very impressed. I originally went with them because they have US-based employees and they offered similar pricing to other, non-US SEO agencies. I think this was the right decision because the onboarding process has been easy and professional, and more importantly, in the first two months our organic site traffic has doubled. We are already considering lowering our CPC spend, and if we can do that, Studiohawk's services paid for themselves. Can't ask for more than that from a marketing company.
Very professional SEO service. They provided helpful guidance on improving the website and Google presence for my painting company, HNS Painting and Decorating. Communication has been clear and they are always willing to answer questions. Hoping to see strong results over the coming months.
We've been working with Studiohawk for a number of months now and Lachlan and Hayden have been great.
We approached Studiohawk on the back of a website migration and overall refresh of our company's digital presence. The SEO campaign started from essentially zero, with virtually all our traffic being branded and searchability not a top consideration with our internal website design and copy.
Early on they audited our website and importantly found that a certain website features we had added across our pages were hindering search engines from properly crawling the majority of our content.
In our fortnightly meetings there is always a golden nugget of information that is shared, helping us internally get a better understanding of SEO and context from other clients.
Studiohawks methodology ensures that nothing is missed, all bases are covered and best practice within SEO is checked. We are kept in the loop 100% of the time, and also have access to all the documents they are working on. Lachlan and Hayden are only being a message or phone call away if we have a question or need something explained.

Extremely Poor Value and No Meaningful Delivery
This was one of the most disappointing agency engagements we’ve had.
StudioHawk sold the campaign as urgent and execution-focused, particularly around resolving key onsite issues in the first month. In reality, after paying thousands of dollars, there were no meaningful changes implemented on the website, no content delivered or published, and no measurable improvement in performance or tracking.
Most of what was later presented as “deliverables” consisted of documents and spreadsheets surfaced only after we issued termination notice — not proactive work delivered during the month.
We also experienced unacceptable issues around incorrect tracking implementation and attempted billing after termination, which raised serious concerns about professionalism and trust.
For the cost involved, the lack of tangible output was indefensible. I would not recommend StudioHawk based on our experience.

We have full documentation across email confirming this. We were only engaged for that one month, as explained SEO will take much longer than one month to see performance.
- There were multiple meetings between you and your account manager during this period to review progress and next steps.'
- After you gave notice to terminate, we waived the 60 day notice period in good faith to make the exit clean and fair and waived that invoice.
- We also noted that similar negative reviews were left for several other service providers around the same time. We mention this only for context, not to dismiss your experience.
- We stand by the work delivered and the way this was handled.
If you would like to discuss this directly, we are more than open to a conversation and resolving this.
