Studio Hawk is an excellent business. I had a meeting with Justin who set up an SEO strategy for my business. This involves moving our website to a new platform, so it's able to perform better for SEO. Whilst this means there's more work involved and things are going to take longer than I hoped, I also appreciate that to continue on the platform we're currently on now would be building from a rocky foundation. This is not what Studio Hawk does.
Justin could have easily just said that and be done with it, but instead, he had a 45 minute meeting with me, provided me complimentary access to their training program, and offered to review my new website before it launches. Once the new website is gaining sufficient organic traffic, which Justin seemed confident will occur, if I follow their strategies, that is when a high profile agency like Studio Hawk comes in.
There's so many businesses out there that will tell you what you want to hear and take your money. Sometimes though, you have to hear things you don't want to hear. Especially if you're a start up on a limited budget, a few bad decisions could put you out of business. So thanks to Justin and Studio Hawk for guiding the way. They've earnt my trust due to their exceptional customer service and so far it's costed me nothing.
