Terrell Ratliff is an exceptional criminal defense attorney. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his clients. From the beginning, he explained everything clearly and made the entire process much less stressful. He was responsive, confident and always available to answer questions. Inept. Worked with Ms. Muhammad. She was very hesitant to let me get my records and once partially received it was clear why. Wrong name utilized on important communications (i.e. emails) with opposite party repeatedly. They do not collect all records in one place. Do not get accommodations with opposition in writing, solely verbal agreements. Takes over two weeks to get incomplete records retrieved from them. They even included a different client’s email to me in my file. Over priced and incompetent, to be nice about it.
Also do not follow up on records they do not have. For the price charged, their services are negligible.
Finally, they did not even keep a record of time spent or services rendered and actually attempted to state that lack of such is common. Continue with them at your own risk.
Mr. Adams represented me on a legal matter a few months ago, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. He was responsive, professional, and efficient throughout the process, and he helped guide the case to a successful resolution. I would highly recommend his services.
I have just started working with them and I have to say, The situation I am dealing with. I am very nervous about, but I feel super comfortable. Their customer service is spot on! Erica, who works in the office, is absolutely amazing; they genuinely care about who they service and I am very happy to be working with them! It is an unfortunate situation, but if you want to feel heard I would use Ratliff Jackson.

I believe this is a great law firm! Whenever I call Ms. Muhammad, she is always available to answer my questions and explain everything to me. I feel like this law firm really cares about people.
