What a fabulous and professional family-run, UK business! We had been searching for a while for a suitable chair for our severely disabled 13 year old daughter, she has moderate mobility but needs to spend several hours a day sitting safely while she is connected to her I.V feeds and medications. The chair provided by the NHS is okay for short periods of time but we wanted something that felt more comfortable and relaxed and less like another piece of hospital equipment - especially as she has seizures and can get pain if sat uncomfortably for too long. We came across Stuart Mobility and the 'Harlem Porter' chair. It looked ideal and such a good price for a custom made piece of equipment, especially compared to similar paediatric products on the market. The website ordering process was so easy to use and very clear on options and costings. We were pleasantly surprised to get a phone call from Justina a couple of days after submitting our order - she clarified our order with us and double checked that we knew the sizes of the chair we ordered as she hadn't previously sold a 'small' and didn't want us to have made a costly mistake in our measurements - evidence of how supportive and trustworthy they are! 😊 The chair was made to order in our choice of fabrics and adaptations (we went with optional lap belt, leg block etc.) in only 4 and a half weeks. Delivery was confirmed by text and Stuart turned up exactly when promised. He was so professional, friendly and helpful, unpacking the chair, taking us through the paperwork, showing us how to use the chair's features and walking us through the guarantee. He even removed all of the packaging material. (He may also have fallen in love with one of our cats 😂🐱) As you can see from the pictures, our daughter loves her beautiful new chair and it's perfect for her needs, with growing room in all directions built in for longevity. We can't thank Stuart Mobility enough for their service. All of that is a lot of words but in short we couldn't be happier with both the product and the service from Justina and Stuart and Stuart Mobility. If you are looking for a piece of equipment for a loved one (or yourself!) you are guaranteed a personalised, knowledgeable, supportive and trustworthy experience with this company. Well worth giving them your business.

Having finally decided on the make and model of the chair we thought we wanted, we were fortunate enough to find Stuart Mobility on the Web. Stuart drove all the way to the New Forest with a couple of chairs for us to try. It was so helpful to actually see a chair in our home and Stuart was full of useful information. We bought a Cosi Iconic which was delivered very quickly and we are delighted with it so far. We are so glad we found this company and would highly recommend them.

Great customer service. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. None of the pushy sales tactics, just a company that understands people's needs and recommends products suitable for them. Great communication as well whether it's phone, text or email. the chair I chose is great. comfortable, neat and doesn't necessarily look like a mobility aid.

I recently purchased a Repose Olympian dual tilt space rise and recline chair and couldn’t be happier with the experience. This independent, family-run business was efficient from start to finish. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. They even came to my home to do a demo before I committed to buying, which made the whole process so much easier. The chair itself is brilliant, the dual tilt feature is perfect for supporting my hips and back. Overall, I’m really delighted with the service, polite, professional, and genuinely caring.

Having searched around for a reclining chair for my mother, I finally found Stuart Mobility. From my first conversation with Justina I knew this was a company that actually cared and I could trust. Stuart travelled all the way to Reading with sample chairs, a wealth of knowledge and a polite professionalism (no sales pressure). Six weeks later, as promised, Stuart delivered and assembled the chair. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional and I would recommend this company every time.

I found your company on the net when looking for a recliner for a close friend. In a nutshell, she has had several recliners in her life, yours is the best, as is your service and customer care. Both Stuart & Justina are amazing - Justina answered all my questions and told me how to get fabric samples so I could look at those first. Then Stuart , even though I live miles away from them, brought the chair I wanted to try down to me to test out. There was no pressure Stuart was happy to wait whilst I tried out all the controls and explained that I had to be sure before I went ahead. This was such a relaxed time as he was happy for me to take my time and even once my mind was made up he wanted me to be sure especially as I had chosen a bespoke fabric so once it was made I couldn’t change my mind. I would recommend them to anybody wanted an excellent experience where customer satisfaction comes before a sale - other companies could learn from these two.

Stuart Mobility is the best place I've ever been to for a recliner chair. Justina is so knowledgeable and caring about the customer - she really does know what she's talking about. She made me try different chairs to get the best one for my disability, I tried different back padding, different widths, heights and even the height of the chair arms so my knitting was OK! She answered all my (sometimes trivial!) questions with ease. There is a great choice of styles and fabric for the chairs and the price was excellent. I must recommend this company wholeheartedly. I got far better service than the place I got my previous chair from. I'm not forgetting Stuart who delivered my chair and built it up for me - he's very strong! Please consider this company if you need a chair, you won't regret it. Sue Hall (you can come & look at mine any time!)
