Excellent from start to finish. Helen made sure I was kept up to date with bookings etc. Georgia was extremely informative and knowledgeable. The report was so indepth, we paid for a level 2 but was more like a level 3 and their prices were unbeatable. Terry took time to go back to the property as the Agent never gave him a key to the garage and he also took the time to go through the report with us and discuss any of our concerns. I would definately recommend Structura Building Surveyors and will use them again in the future!
