Have dealt with Jamie and now Kiran at Strive for two separate purchases. Both have been incredibly efficient. Spoke to the bank direct and they quoted 6 weeks. Strive did it in under a week. Nothing is too much trouble. What’s appd loads of info over which was quick and easy. Superb service.

He was incredibly responsive throughout our search - even as we had to adjust our LTV several times to make everything work. When it came time to submit the application, rates were changing rapidly across all lenders, but Jack moved fast to get everything submitted and lock in our rate before it changed. I also have a fairly complicated income structure, and Jack handled it brilliantly - knowing exactly how to present everything to satisfy the lender. He made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and under control from start to finish.

As first-time buyers, we were looking for a mortgage advisor to help us navigate this process and avoid making any unnecessary mistakes. We chose to use Jack from Strive Mortgages, and we have to say the whole experience working with him has been great. Not only did he help us secure the agreement in principle within hours, walk us through all the available mortgage options, and run the numbers for us, but he also guided us in choosing the right property (by giving us feedback, pointing out details we weren’t aware of, and advising us on what questions to ask). During the first one-hour free consultation he offered, he uncovered that we could potentially be liable for thousands of pounds in extra tax to HMRC due to a mistake we made earlier this year. Since we spotted it early, we managed to get it sorted. So if you’re looking for someone who is super responsive and has been there, done that hundreds of times, Jack is your guy. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
