After finding ourselves in an awkward position, we reached out to the team at Strive in hope of gaining some clarity on potential solutions. Within the hour, Jamie had been in contact to better understand the situation, and suggested we discuss this in further depth with an advisor, Kiran, so we agreed to set up a call the next day.
Right from the outset, Kiran was clear, concise & prompt in her delivery. After discussing the situation we had found ourselves, and after being completely transparent that she couldn’t offer any guarantees, we felt confident and at ease that we had a broker who empathised for our situation and would stop at nothing to provide a workable solution.
By the end of the day, we had an AIP in place and Kiran had outlined the next steps to proceed with a full application. After obtaining the requested documentation & submitting the application on the Wednesday, we had an approval subject to valuation by close of play Friday, and confirmation of a mortgage offer the next working day.
