Feb of this year I was charged with some very serious driving offences . I got Erics name from a friend of a friend and gave him a call.From i first time I met him he set my mind at ease but at the same time told me straight up hows things were and how they could go.Eric and his team thier time to make sure they had all the bases covered while they negotiated with the courts on my behalf.Erics knowledge as a Police officer plays a very important role as to why he is so good at what does.Eric and his team was able to get my one charge completely thrown out and the other charged reduced to somthing more manageable . THIS IS THE BEST TEAM. Eric is a wizard. I made a mistake and I felt like I needed help. Before you pay that ticket honestly give them a call. I had 4 major tickets and walked away with 2 small tickets that I could pay within a dedicated time period. How does one wipe a reckless driving charge? Eric found a way. Thank you guys for the help and to anybody reading this, I will not go that fast on public roads again! I am sorry.

You were charged with an offence that is serious and you had no defense due to your own admission. A number of charges were withdrawn, unfortunately the fine is $5000.00, plus a 25% surcharge and the presiding Justice of the Peace said you were not a candidate for any financial break at all. Your situation did not warrant a financial break, I was able to get a number of charges withdrawn against you or you would be in a worse predicament.
It is a requirement in Ontario that you have insurance on your vehicle.

Eric and his team were awesome. He made a very stressful time much less stressful. He gave me realistic expectations while also being optimistic of getting a good result which, in the end he got me a great result. Let him do his thing and I'm sure things will work out well. If you got a speeding ticket or any traffic ticket I highly recommend street justice paralegal they helped me twice and got both charges dropped if you have any ticket just go in and they’ll help you out. very nice and professional Eric was very supportive he’s the one that helped me and guided me through he told me he would get my charge dropped and he did saved me 1000’s on insurance for falsely accused car crash plus careless driving fault I 100 percent recommend them I thank him so much for helping me out with my situation you the goat
