No Judgement at all. The cost was well worth the results and i would recommend this team to anyone in a similar situation. Eric absolutely rocked in court today! Got my handheld device ticket, which turns out is very tricky, down to a much lesser ticket. Saved me from a suspension and multiple demerit points! His knowledge and dedication is unmatched and i could not be any happier with today’s outcome.

Thanks for the great review. Your case was complicated and serious and involved numerous court appearances. You attended as requested and took my advice and let me me do what I am best at. I could not have done it without your attendance and that is what makes a great outcome. It is so important when people listen to my instructions and take my advice and attend court with me.
Honestly, "1 star" isn't a low enough rating.
Eric Mattison ( the owner) threatened to take legal action against me if I left a review outlining my experience with his office on Google. As quoted from his last email to me " This is not a threat, but a promise." So maybe use Street Justice at your own risk.
I would suggest reading his responses to all of the negative online reviews against his organization to get a good grasp of what kind of person you'd be dealing with. They're extremely unprofessional. He doesn't deal with negative comments very well and ironically, he calls the reviewers bullies and attacks them for using a username or just their initials. Perhaps he threatened them with a defamation charge as well. This would definitely explain Street Justice's high rating given the interaction I personally experienced from this office.
All of this transpired because I reached out to ask if I had to be present at the trial on December 1 as I didn't have to be there for the last court appearances and I had mentioned that they haven't contacted me since I last called them in May.
I ended up just paying my ticket. There were many circumstances as to why this ticket was given and it's unfortunate that I didn't defend myself against it. I should have done it myself as they didn't even get a reduction or make another attempt to do so after they told me they would. I made a huge mistake using Street Justice. For a 365$ ticket it ultimately cost me 875$ and if I booked the day off to be there for a trial it would have cost me the days wages as well.
Edit: What a very sad and predictable response from you Eric. Thank you for supporting my claims of your inappropriate temperament.

It is rather unfortunate that you unfairly left a review of this nature. I unlike you am governed by privacy rules and professional conduct protocol. It was you that decided to pay your fine for the offence in which you were charged with, I have the emails that stated I would defend you even after your personal attacks on my staff in numerous emails. Your emails were frivolous and vexatious in nature and without merit. May I remind you that driving in Ontario is a privilege and not a right. The charging officer was a Sergeant in charge of the NRPS traffic unit, his sole job was to observe for non compliance in a school crossing area, that consisted of a crossing guard due to many complaints this school year of vehicles not stopping for the crossing guard. The fact that you paid the fine, and accepted responsibility for your actions that day shows an admittance of guilt. I wish you the best and do not hold this review personally as I realize that you feel you must blame someone. My reviews are of local people and businesses and I encourage you to reach out to them for clarification.
This place is a SCAM . Please avoid it by all means.. the owner ( Eric) providing misleading information. Guaranteed -he can speak with the prosecutor to resolve the issue and requested to pay him the amount agreed upon - high fees .. based on resolving it when the court time comes and giving the guarantee (will be fixed- my job / reduce fine etc)
Found out nothing has been changed and the fine still the same and just lies after lies, could have spoken to the prosecutor and saved myself time and money better than taking that fake root . Please avoid this place by all means , if you have a ticket go speak to the prosecutor directly at least trying to do anything by explaining your case to them and making sure your voice is heard and if not the worst case scenario would be the ticket just as is and save your money , but paying for someone called paralegal to help with the ticket issue and getting nothing from it, then what is the purpose then and guaranteeing a reduced fine ? Case by case it should be .. Check other reviews it’s terrible all he is looking for is the money -0 review

It’s ironic that you hide behind a fake name. I never give promises and in some cases persons like yourself that drive with No Insurance and are totally irresponsible and are a hazard to others on the road. You did not meet the requirements for a reduced fine and that was decided by the justice of the peace.
Terrible didnt take care of my ticket what so ever will never go back tries to get you to over pay.. Make u fight your own ticket...thought thats what I payed you for..the staff that works there if there on your case work there are great and work hard hence my first case Eric himself does nothing 👍100% do not recommend and my past had nothing to do with this ticket if you cant do anything be honest say just pay the fine now im paying fine full point loss and payed extra I can extend dates on my own

This trial date was arranged months ago, and I even followed up with an email and a phone callx2 to make sure you were aware of the court date. you were charged with an offence. You specifically told me your brother passed a few years ago, I am sympathetic to that. I offered an alternative to attending in person, by doing it by zoom in which you declined. I met with Eric after court today for a consultation and he refused to take my money to let me retain him! He was extremely honest about the potential outcome of my case, as well as whether or not he could be of any help. No bull, very straight forward. The legal industry needs more people like him! Even though I could not utilize his services in my particular case, I will definitely be referring other people to him anytime that opportunity presents itself!

I initially trusted the platform and even saw some encouraging results, prompting me to invest more. However, after experiencing losses attributed to the system, I attempted to withdraw my remaining funds, only to have my account abruptly blocked.
