They’re willing to push back on the insurance company That is looking for a cheap repair
They spent a lot of time researching and documenting what was the correct way and recommended from the manufacturer.
Hopefully in the future, I don’t need their services, but if the need does arrive They will be the only Body Shop that I go to
Recently my new Telluride was hit in the right front by a car being driven on the shoulder to pass stopped traffic. That evening when I reported it to my insurance company they tried to send me to a national body shop chain known for working cheap but doing work that is poor and sometimes dangerous. Some years ago I had work done by AutoTech Collision on Delsea Drive and they did an excellent job so I insisted on taking my Telluride there.
Dean Sr. and his sons not only did a great job on my car, they helped me understand how insurance companies work today. Trust me, if your car has been damaged, that is critical to know. AutoTech either handled all that stuff or coached me so I made no mistakes.
I got my car back last week and it looks and drives just like it was before the accident. Actually, maybe a little better because I think AutoTech detailed the whole car, not just the RF. The steering wheel is straight, the car tracks properly, it looks new and, most importantly in today’s world, all the complex electronics work. I highly recommend Autotech Collision.

I'm pretty sure I've left a prior review, but I'm leaving another.
These gentlemen are fantastic! No stone goes unturned when it comes to fixing your vehicle, and they're fast. Communication is always seemless, and they're as kind as they are thorough. They also make sure you're educated, as the owner, on your vehicle, it's worth and the insurance process.
I've recommended this business to no less than 10 people already, and as long as I live in the area, I don't plan on going anywhere else for my Acuras.

Although my car was a complete loss not found until auto tech’s technicians took apart my car, Dan, Dean jr were so helpful getting us through this situation over & over again these guys went above & beyond getting us through this stressful situation. Incredible experience with this family-run business. From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. They made coordination with the rental agency completely seamless, which took a huge burden off my plate. It's an understatement to say Dean Sr., Dean Jr, Dan and the rest of the crew at AutoTech Collision were there for me when I needed someone in my corner. They went above and beyond repairing my vehicle and helping me get the repair covered by my insurance carrier.
Dean Sr and his sons always made time for my calls and were beyond patient with me while my insurance company dragged out the initial estimate and supplemental. Their insights were invaluable in getting the matter resolved satisfactorily.

Our car was stolen from our driveway , then recovered and involved in a wreck. It was found by the Philadelphia PD 6 days later. The car was left vacant with all 4 doors ajared. We had it towed to Autotech.

First time having to deal with auto accident, car insurance, claims and all that takes place when your truck is struck and totaled. Dean Sr. and his staff were amazing. They walked us through the entire process in dealing with the insurance company after a total loss occurred. Even though there isn’t much money to be made after a total loss, dean and his team made sure to be client focused and did not ever have our best interest in mind.
