In addition, the customer communication is unclear and not helpful, making it difficult to understand the process or next steps. There is a clear need for: • Easier and more accessible booking options • Clearer, more proactive communication that actually helps customers resolve issues Overall, the experience does not feel customer-focused and requires significant improvement.

Excellent care and accurate diagnosis Highly recommend this podiatrist Center.After visiting other healthcare providers and receiving inaccurate diagnoses, Mr Benedict Khoo carefully assessed my heel problem and identified the actual cause. The issue was treated effectively, and my pain resolved after removal. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive. Truly grateful for the accurate diagnosis and excellent care.

I visited Straits Podiatry on 23 April for a painful ingrown toenail on my right foot, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received from Mr Benedict. I was in quite a lot of pain before the visit and it was affecting my ability to work properly. Mr Benedict performed a minor procedure, and the relief was almost immediate. After the treatment, I was able to walk comfortably again and even proceed with my planned JB trip the very next day. The infected area has been healing well, and I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and gentle care throughout the procedure. He made the whole experience much less stressful than I expected. I’d also like to compliment the counter staff, who were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend Straits Podiatry to anyone dealing with similar issues.
