Both simon and Karen are really efficient and on time with yearly service on my boiler . Simon does a thoroughly good job and would highly recommend him to everyone. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Karen has always ensured that the annual service for my home boiler and the boiler in Gotherington Village Hall is diarise and arranges when Simon comes to us.
Simon installed our boiler and has serviced it every year and always explains everything to us as to what he is doing and any future issues.
Simon would always ensure that any problems with the VH boiler is dealt with promptly particularly when young children are using the hall.

Simon has been servicing our boiler for many years (since approx 2005). I initially found Simon when I had an emergency on a Saturday, whereby he came round and sorted our problem. I was so impressed that I have stayed with him ever since. Servicing and boiler upgrade around 2015. I now have another house which he also services the boiler. I have also carried our several DIY projects, and have picked his brains, which he has always given his advice.
Over a period in excess of 10 years, Simon and Karen together with other team members have provided our home and many of our neighbours with outstanding service. It’s not often that companies go above and beyond in order to look after a customers’ best interests, but this small, friendly company does this with ease. Advice, provision of products that are suitable and maintenance of systems is undertaken with a friendly delivery. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks, Simon and the team.
Fantastic service by Simon, who I highly recommend. Unvented water heater repair and boiler service done, but if anything else goes wrong Simon is absolutely our go-to guy.
