My partner and I were skeptical while browsing around getting help on our purchase of property, and we were so fortunate to have been linked up with Storeys Michelle Chia who made “house shopping and buying” such a pleasure. With Michelle’s professional and meticulous help, everything went smooth like clockwork and within 1.5 months from not knowing what to buy when we first met Michelle and then to kickstarting the process, we received a notice informing of our completion date of our resale Maisonette. She managed to get us a significant lower price for the house although we weren’t that confident about securing any better price. From expected COV to no COV…and to get everything done within 1.5 months, buying a house couldn’t get any easier and enjoyable. Logen is really knowledgeable and experienced and was able to provide us with much insights into the property market. We had tried to purchase a property on our own previously but it was always filled with much challenges. However, Logen really made the process easy for us as he completely understood our needs and was always thinking from our perspective, keeping us in check when we strayed away from our end objective and only proposing what works the best for us. When we finally settled on a property, we were resigned to pay a higher price but Logen was magically able to secure us a price that was around 4% lower than what we were initially expecting to pay. Highly recommend Logen to anyone looking for an agent. He will make your life so much easier
