I have to say the best customer service , pragmatic guidance and assistance by Thomas. Definitely attractive rares,ease of access , and clean storage. They have a trailer for free and Truck for a small fee and are super convenient. Highly recommend.Affordable insuarance as well. Again highly recommend 👌

We used StoreStuff to store our items when we moved to Australia last year. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting such a pleasant experience, but I was blown away by how accommodating Thomas was. He showed us the storage unit and even helped us determine if a smaller size would work for our items. The storage unit itself was tidy, well-lit, and ventilated. If you're looking for a storage unit with great facilities and a friendly face, I highly recommend Thomas and StoreStuff!

Update: I have just concluded my storage with Store stuff. I had a reasonably new couch there for around 18 months and it is still in the same state as when I put it in there. Overall has been a good experience with good security measures to keep your belongings safe Tom was fantastic to deal with; from showing me different sized storage lockers to coming in on his day off to get us set up with the moving truck! The unit itself appears really secure with plenty of security measurements. Overall, we are really happy we chose Store Stuff for our belongings!

I strongly recommend StoreStuff self storage. I had my stuff for six months in this storage and the pricing was so reasonble with a discount for first two months. Thomas was so friendly and guide us well through all the storage process. And the free truck saved us from hiring outside. Overall, I would give more stars than 5 star.
