(UN) HAPPY RETURNS- I didn't go to Petco for my pet needs this time. I went because they are listed as a participant in "Happy Returns" a drop off location for returning online orders from various retailers. Though the staff was helpful and empathetic, they were unable to provide the service due to a lack of proper requisite materials. Just go to FedEx around the corner. They have the right stuff. Sorry, Petco.
Update: went for my dog's nail trim today, friendly and speedy service.

Olivia was SO nice to me when I accidentally cancelled my appointment. Technology error on my part. She was still able to move things around and take my dog in to groom her. Thank you so much!!!!

Drove 30 minutes to find out the fish I'd put on hold was sold. Poor customer service and no attempt at service recovery.

I go there for a personal dog wash. I took my dog there one time and they kinda did not get to her for quite some time and she has separation anxiety so she tore up the cage that they had her in. So I just do her myself. The people there are nice. They give you towels and cleaning supplies to wash your animal.

I love this Petco. The people are so friendly. They help me find dog treats for my dogs and they even gave me a cookie treat. Great customer service.

I wanted to take a moment to give some recognition to Eddie at Petco, as well as the store overall. Eddie was incredibly helpful in teaching me about proper ball python nutrition and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. He also helped me pick out the right items for my snake’s setup, making sure everything was appropriate and set up for success. His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out and made me feel much more confident about caring for my snake.
I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while and just realized I never did, but I felt it was important to share how positive my experience was. The staff at this Petco have consistently been friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s clear they care about both their customers and the animals.
If you ever need advice or guidance for your pets, I would definitely recommend asking the staff here they are very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
