LOVE how they handle and rehome surrenders. Unlike other pet stores let alone other Petco's. This is one of our favorites within the chain.

One of the most expensive large pet stores. I got the minimum I needed and couldn’t even find what I came for! No associates to be found. Also, the app doesn’t work. Only reason they got 3 stars is because the checkout person provided me a savings code after trying to help me load the app unsuccessfully. Lots of choices if money is no object.
Having 4 dogs and 5 cats I have to shop somewhere! But this is NOT my first choice.

**Disappointed with Petco Puppy Classes and Refund Process**
I’m writing this review out of sheer disappointment with my experience regarding Petco’s puppy classes. Unfortunately, I never got to attend any classes because the instructor was leaving. When I learned this, I was informed that I could either attend the remaining classes or receive a full refund. I chose the refund option and called on September 16 to initiate the process.
Initially, I was told that my request would be escalated to corporate. However, a week later, I followed up because I hadn’t seen any movement on my refund. I was then informed that there was no estimated time for processing and that I would receive a confirmation email when it was being handled. After that, I heard nothing for nearly a month.
Finally, on October 11, I called again and spoke with a representative who assured me that she would process my return. Yet, as of now, I still have not seen the refund in my account. It’s disheartening to navigate this process, especially given the lack of communication throughout.
If you are considering puppy classes at Petco, be aware that if the classes are canceled, you might face significant hurdles in getting your money back. It’s a frustrating experience that has left me extremely disappointed. I hope to see a resolution soon, but I wish this process had been smoother from the start. I’m hoping to see my refund within the next few days.

They have miscounted fish twice as I call over the phone to let them know when I get home. They say ok and make a note to get it the next time I’m in. They denied ever having such a call. Will not visit this Petco again.

Can always count on them to have what you need for fish or pups too, costumer service is always good and very friendly, they have good deal from time to time and the saltwater selection is way better than 96TH St location
