I had a really great experience with Kay jewelers! I bought a wedding ring here a decade ago with a lifetime warranty in over the 10 years the ring needed to be replaced. They were extremely helpful and guided me through a difficult process because it was an item that was irreplaceable. I am extremely happy with the ring we chose to replace the original.
