Ty is the man. The crew helped us hook it up for a DV victim that was moving from the shelter to her first apartment. They helped us load the van, gave us great pricing, and were patient with our requests.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Ashley Furniture store thanks to Ty and Carlos. I came in with my very picky and indecisive in-laws, and we spent over two hours looking at different furniture options. Throughout the entire time, both Ty and Carlos were incredibly welcoming, patient, and kind.
They truly went above and beyond to help us. They took the time to move furniture around so my in-laws could better visualize how pieces would look together, and they never once made us feel rushed. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and willingness to help made the whole process enjoyable instead of stressful.
It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days. Ty and Carlos made this a memorable and genuinely pleasant furniture-buying experience. I’m extremely grateful for their help and would absolutely return to this Ashley location again because of them.

Normally, I love Ashley furnitures They always have beautiful pieces And then the more important thing as the attention they give at Ashley very Good attention., I don’t know If it’s happened an all Ashley’s store but the one in 117 mall at Harlem Eastside got the best workers ever. Patience is the key! I do recommends Ashley I love my Coffee table set that a three piece is very cute! . Good job my seller her name is Ashley too , a good from Amina used to sell me too, Bravo staff!!

Franklyn and his delivery team were great. They cleaned up after they left and put all the furniture in my bedroom where I requested it. They were very professional and courteous. Greatly appreciate it.
Horrible horrible. Do not shop at this store or with this company. I bought a reclining couch in January and it’s already not working after a month. A technician came but unlike normal companies where technicians have the parts to fix things they do not. So again I’m having to wait for someone to come to my home to fix. The fact that i paid over $2,000 for this product and its faulty after a month. I will never buy from this company again and I strongly encourage you not to.

Our service technicians are third-party contractors who assess the issue during the visit and, if any parts are needed, our service team will order them directly from the manufacturer. Those parts are then shipped via FedEx or UPS before a follow-up service appointment is scheduled to complete the repair.
