We were in a few weeks ago and spent $2000 on a couch we were talked into and another $100 on an accent lamp. The couch hasn’t been delivered yet but the lamp was delivered today. Ashley sent us a used or returned lamp. It was not packaged properly and arrived with scratches. I just want a replacement, you know, with a brand new lamp that isn’t damaged. When I buy items, I certainly don’t want a return or used item especially if I’m paying full price for it. Ashley customer service has been awful and is making this process so difficult for something that isn’t even our fault. The store was no help either. If my new $2000 couch arrives damaged we’re going to have serious problems. Cheap overpriced junk. Needless to say, this was our first and last time shopping with Ashley.

This was my first time coming here and my last. We was not greeted or acknowledged upon arrival. Sales people were sitting on couch on their phones. We looked around the entire store even upstairs and no one approached to see if they could assist. We left and will not do business there ever.

We love the sectional. The delivery was quick and efficient. However we tried to call the store several times but did not get a response. We ended up driving back to the store to add on the additional piece we wanted for the sectional. We were concerned about getting the furniture before Christmas but it ended up being the artwork that is going to be late. When we went to the store we asked if we could have the piece on the wall and they said no. I believe they said because it was still active in their system. We paid cash for everything we purchased so we thought it would all go smoothly. Long story short - happy with sectional not so happy with customer service or delivery time of the artwork.

Do not waste your time or money with Ashley Furniture. If you decide to, definitely don't bother with the protection plan because the process of filing a claim and get anything resolved is an absolute nightmare. I filed a claim in MAY. It's now November 20th and I still don't have my replacement sofa because of nothing more than sheer incompetence. I've talked to a dozen different people at this point between the insurance company and the store employees directly. All they do is give you a phone number, so you get the run around. Each party is blaming the other for the problem. I called the store directly and their "professional", Natalie, hung up on me. Ashley Furniture is a joke. Spend the extra money at a reputable company that actually takes care of their customers instead of blowing them off like these guys do.

We are very pleased with our recent purchase. From the initial visit, throughout the decision making process, and down to the final decision, we received personal attention. Our delivery was wrinkle free. We were advised prior to delivery (with the option to make changes if needed) and given a heads up the day before and the morning of delivery. The gentlemen who delivered our purchase were pleasant and did a fantastic job! Could not be more happier!

We was greated when we came in but not harassed, Natalie was always kind of near us but also helping others and didn't pressure much at all which is how I prefer things to go. Another employee also answered questions and helped us find a matching recliner to our sofa set we wanted. Pleasant experience and I'd go back to that store again to purchase more items in the future

If your in the store, and you think your getting a good deal. Try going on line after they act like they gave you a deal and buy for 50-300 cheaper on line. Commission Company. Suggest saving you some money up front. Without all the games they play. I've spent over 10k there in the past few years. Check your pricing twice, kinda shady with the Commission. Always marked up for Commission in the store. Or go to a less pushy place for sure.

Si pudiera dar media estrella lo haría. Una pésima experiencia con ellos, cuando compré mi recámara pagué para que me hicieran delivery, cuando llegó el momento de recibirla me faltaron tornillos para poder armarla, me comuniqué con Ashley y me dijeron que yo había pagado para que mi recámara la armara el delivery al momento. (Por cierto, algunas piezas venían raspadas, me di cuenta al quitar el embalaje). Me tuve que comunicar con el departamento de entregas y ellos me dijeron que no había pagado dicha forma de entrega, pero que me podían mandar las piezas faltantes. Tuve que esperar semanas, llamar, mandar mensajes con el chat virtual para poder tener mis piezas faltantes, una completa pesadilla. Cuando compré el mueble en Ashley, me dijeron que mis pagos serían mensuales y de de cierta cantidad. Mis pagos se cobran cada dos semanas!!!!! Por??? Fue mi error no checar el contrato, pero la vendedora me dijo que sería mensual. Te venden los productos con engaños y al final tú tienes que estar comunicándote con terceros, porque ellos en tienda no te solucionan nada, solo te proporcionan números a donde comunicarte y TU solucionar tu problema🙄 Así que te recomendaría no comprar con ellos, y si lo vas a hacer revisa muy bien tu contrato, letra por letra.
