Taffy is simply outstanding! I would happily give her a 10/10 for genuinely exceptional customer service. What impressed me most was that I returned two months later, and she still remembered my name. That level of personal attention is incredibly rare these days and made me feel truly valued as a customer. She is warm, friendly, welcoming, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. If only every business had someone like Taffy, customer service would be on a whole different level. Highly recommended!

The matcha does not taste good, it tasted like water with syrup you can even notice the color, it’s not vibrant green, not ceremonial grade.
+ she poured boiling hot water into the matcha!!!
I wouldn’t recommend it.

Came to Capetown for love matcha unfortunately i found out that the Cinnamon dolcee was out of stock the lady recommended vanilla and caramel ....bring love matcha to Zimbabwe

Hot matcha is not well made. It only tastes like milk, and they dont know how to steam the milk, so no texture
