I am not a client of Mogastone, but I have been working in their shop for the past month. Mogastone does an exceptional job of blending modern technology with handcrafted precision. They use advanced scanning techniques combined with state-of-the-art CNC machinery to create precise, artistic pieces, which are then finished with hand-polished craftsmanship. I plan to use Mogastone for any future countertop work I need.

10/10 recommend. I went to TEN different stone shops around the triangle and was unsatisfied. When I arrived to Mogastone, I was greeted by Anca Tudor who was excellent in every way. She took her time to show me their vast selection and explain the pros and cons of each stone type. She was so informative and not at all pushy. After going to so many places and not feeling wowed by any stone, I was torn between several different countertops at mogastone. The installation was fast, flawless and professional. My contractor (who renovates kitchens for a living) was blown away when he saw my countertops. Pricing was totally fair and you cannot beat the quality and service. I will be back.

Very good. Used for bathroom and kitchen. Helped with choices of marble. On time, used precise laser measurements, courteous, neat and tidy. Crew very good and made sure to go over all questions during install and reviewed job at end. Certainly would use again. My contractor said that they are the best and he was right.

We have only had our quartz countertops for just over a week and every day we are so pleased and complimentary of the end result! From the first interaction at the showroom, to picking the quartz we wanted, to measurement, to installation, the process was flawless. We are so happy with the finished product! When our kitchen was measured, we were given great ideas that we chose to implement (no pressure about the ideas either but they were all great and added so much to our project!). We couldn't be more pleased and are very happy to provide this review and high recommendation! You get what you pay for, and our project is proof of that! Thank you Mogastone!

We highly recommend Mogastone. They did our kitchen countertops and the end result is excellent. The folks at the office were very patient with us, provided clear options/pricing and answered all of our questions. The guy that took the final measurements also helped us understand a nuance we would have with our re-do. His suggested fix worked out perfectly. The install crew was punctual and professional. They protected the floors, removed the existing stone and installed the counters. We are extremely happy with the end result and would use Mogastone again!

We have used Mogastone to update countertops in 2 different homes and have been 100% satisfied with their service and the results both times. They have a wide selection of beautiful stone products and have been easy to work with both times. We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Our experience with Mogastone was amazing! I am not an “easy” customer, but they were incredibly patient, helpful, and we LOVE our new counters and backsplash! We visited the showroom many times, and each time the staff allowed us to take our time, and were attentive to our questions. They were knowledgeable, provided opinions and great suggestions (I.e. having the marble honesty soften the look!), and talked us through pros and cons of marble vs quartzite, etc. The feeling that they wanted us to have the right product to fit our needs and budget was very much appreciated! Our island is 128”, so we needed a large slab, and they ultimately helped us find the perfect marble for us and our home. The measuring process was easy and efficient, and resulting pricing was clear - no hidden costs or surprises! Having the ability to approve which way the marble was installed was great for us to ensure it fit our vision. The delivery/install was amazing - our large island slab was a beast to lift… The team clearly had done it a million times before, and executed perfectly. They were careful to ensure the backsplash fit perfectly around the cabinets, and worked efficiently. We couldn’t be more happy with our unique and beautiful marble. It is truly the most amazing artwork in our house!

Wonderful experience. Huge selection and competitive prices. But most importantly, they were professional, efficient, and dependable.

Moga Stone provided a Grade 6 Quartz countertop for my kitchen renovation at the beach. I am very pleased with the work that they did and the timeliness of their work. I would not hesitate to use them again with a future countertop job.

Recently replaced 2 bathroom countertops. We visited several places, but Mogastone had a better supply, employees are willing to spend the needed time to make a good selection and their pricing is easy to understand. We also liked that we could informally visit their yard any time without restrictions or going through a sales pitch every time. Overall service and installation was great.

My experience at Mogastone has been wonderful. Victoria was a breeze to work with and the installation crew was supuerb. Would recommend them without hesitation.

The folks at Mogastone were absolutely wonderful! They were so helpful with information that allowed us to make great stone choices for our countertops. Also the installation went very smoothly and quickly. They cleaned everything up well and it looks lovely. I highly recommend Mogastone!

When I visited 6 months ago, Nick had a nice slab of the style of granite we wanted, with their proprietary sealant that he said does not need resealing; they would do some, but not all, of the coordination of the plumbing. The price was slightly higher than the competition. I was put off only by the fact there was no response to one simple follow-up question about their estimate I received by email. Recently, we visited again, and were immediately handed off to another family member. They did not have in stock the granite type we wanted; we did not sense they cared about getting it, either. Seemed to deny they ever had it. The sealant was every 4-5 years only, nothing else available, we were told. Nothing about accommodating edge types and corners as with Nick, either. With the plumbing, "you are on your own." We did not select Mogastone so I can only observe based on our interactions and other customer testimonials that they do seem to do good work, and have some good proprietary processes. But they tend to be more expensive, and are prone to "systematizing" a sales process, rather than working with a customer to get his needs met. The inflexible, disconnected sales experience and indifference toward small(?) projects is off-putting; giving an impression they do not want the business. Okay, you lose.

We are in the process of ordering countertops and having them fabricated by Mogastone. Victoria has provided the absolute BEST customer service the entire way through this process, and has been so patient when I constantly change my mind. We have been working with lots of different customer facing folks during our renovation, and Victoria stands out among them all.

We had a fabulous experience with Mogastone. From selecting a stone, installation, to even repairing a tiny chip... they were helpful, prompt, and easy to work with.
