Excellent customer service and extremely fast shipping. The boots I bought were too small, so they exchanged them for me free of charge. They were also the only "in stock" store that didn't require a year long wait for the style of boot that I wanted. 10/10 experience.

Store seems to work fine now. It was unusable before, not sure why you’re trying to argue that. I did my testing to ensure it wasn’t my end. Either way I bumped it up 2 stars. I’m simply bringing the problem to your attention and the rating was justified if you considered the customers point of view of a completely unusable site (at the time)

Love my Wesco Mr Lou’s! Super quick turnaround and packaged perfectly. Ordered on a Wednesday and at my doorstep Saturday morning, no extra charge. I’ll be looking to you guys for my next boot purchase.

Absolutely amazing! I recently bought a pair of boots from them at an event, and they were extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall just great. They made sure I understood the ins and outs of the new boots I was buying, they gave me tips on lacing them up and changing out the laces for different ones. 10/10 I will be going back.
I have also ordered from them online, and wow did they fulfill and ship my order quickly, and sent me the tracking info as soon as they were handed off to the carrier.

Absolutely top notch service. I wanted these boots before a trip last weekend and ordered them Tuesday night and they made sure to get them shipped first thing Wednesday and they were at my door on Friday before I left. Will be back for sure. Kyle and Jaren kept me posted every step of the way

I wish there was a way to give an even higher rating than 5 stars. I was too busy curing my ignorance of higher-end footwear to get the name of my salesperson, but the receipt says Steve. The salesperson was welcoming, friendly, and extremely patient with my ignorance of nice boots. I now have the highest quality boots and now know the best place to get more if I ever need another pair. I can't thank you all enough for not only having great staff, but also for carrying a very impressive array of great boots. I finally feel like I have boots worth their price!
