Made an appointment for my son, who goes to school in Darby, MT. He had an emergency tooth situation. I called Stokke and was very specific that I didn't want to set up a dental plan or care. Just needed the one tooth, my son got admin leave from school to fix. It did not sound like a problem while i was on the phone. I approved x-rays since the old denist was unavailable to send them over.
But instead of fixing the tooth I specifically told Stokke was the only thing he needed done. They did a whole exam, x-rays, built a dental plan, and did a cleaning. Not touching the one emergency tooth he needed fixed so he can go back to school. I'm very upset, my son does not have any medical leave, PTO, or admin leave left in school. So he has to go all the way back to Darby with his tooth still hurting and in pain.
Absolutely loved this Dentistry office and think we have found our new dentist for sure! After avoiding dentists for the greater part of a decade due to mal practice, horrible bedside manor and just a laundry list of issues, I'm super excited to say that NONE of that happened today and I felt at ease, I have to admit that I actually even enjoyed my time here today! The staff is wonderful, the attention to detail is amazing, they even have little chairs that do air massage in your back while you're laying down to help alleviate anxiety...I mean how cool is that?! Everyone there seemed genuinely happy and genuinely excited to greet and help their patients and no one was pushy about convincing you to get work done or trying to upsell you on anything. It was a breath of fresh air going here and might I admit....that I'm even excited to go back again for once 😅🥰
