Disappointed £147 to identify a rubber plug the size of a small thimble was the problem. 5 mins (if that) £1760 per hour! I personally had processed that the filter was clear and clean, the drain tube was not kinked, and the electricity was rebooted. Our appointment was arranged 2 days after our contact so not an “urgent call out”. £147?…..really? So so disappointed

Really impressed with Brian’s honesty and service. He repaired my washer quickly and only charged a very reasonable call-out fee. He could easily have told me I needed a new seal or even a new door, but instead he fixed the actual problem and was completely trustworthy. Hard to find tradesmen like that these days — highly recommend!

Got. Brian out to repair our 12 year old fan oven , he recommended us to get a new one as it’s had 4 repairs already. So we bought a new one and Brian fitted it today, all this in a space of 5 days , brilliant. Can’t recommend him enough. Excellent service, thank you Brian .

Rare Honesty Called Brian when our washing machine wouldn't empty properly and pump was running on. He suggested looking at the filter in case it was blocked, before coming out to us as it might save us money. Excellent advice, it was exactly what he said. Will definately call Brian out if we have any appliance failures as it's rare to find such a considerate and fair minded person

Microwave fixed at great price too. Repairing an expensive microwave for a lot less than the replacement cost has turns out really well. Most things get chucked and replaced but speaking to the team they were interested and I was able to drop off the unit and pick it up. Paying for the time once I got home online. Getting electrical repaired won’t cost as much as a new one and this microwave was expensive originally but now could ideally last another 15 years. RECOMMENDED for SURE.

Had my washing machine door seal and oven fan fixed. Reasonable price. There is a £20 call out fee when I called for a quote. Nevertheless, good service and made sure my washing machine wasn't leaking anymore.
