In the beginning of my experience with speaking with Matt Fleming in November 2024. He cleaned out my house and then was supposed to demo it. Well with that being said it’s April 2025 and my house is still standing and getting the run around about my money. Matt said he would be able to file for permits to be able to do the demo project in St. Louis city. He’s not certified in the city of St. Louis just in the county and don’t want to refund me my deposit for a job he can’t do. He’s now making promises he’s not keeping about sending me my money. I am very disappointed and hoped like I was promised my house would be gone by now. I thought he was about business and would be able to do the work I hired him for.

My backyard at the house here in Chesterfield had been piling up with junk for years and years and I finally gave up on doing it myself. I needed some old car parts and a shed removed and everything from getting a quote, to seeing how much space I had been missing was super easy and fast. Will definitely be using again if I decide to ever do another demolition and start the remodel!
I was proud of their clean and efficient work tearing down my grandmothers old pig barn out past Chesterfield. St. Louis Demolition Company communicated a fair price with me and I was more than happy to pay it! My grandmothers old pig barn is now a basketball court where all of her grandchildren can play at family reunions! I would definitely recommend St. Louis Demolition Company!
St.louis demolition recently came out to St.Charles and helped me with my demo of my kitchen these young men seemed very knowledgeable of the demo they where performing they got in got the job done very quickly and where very respectful would recommend to anyone looking for a demolition company.
I hired The St. Louis Demolition Company to do a complete demo and rebuilding on our master bathroom. The young men who were working here were experienced, polite and very professional. It was a big job and these men handled it so well. They used plastic to cover our furniture and cleaned up their mess every day.
The new bathroom that they installed is absolutely beautiful and working perfectly!
