We had a 7pm reservation and left at 7:45 because they still hadn’t seated us and said it would probably be another 45 minutes. Inexusable. There had to be thirty or forty other people there with reservations waiting for their table. No apology, no forthcoming information. I think they’re waaaaaaay over booking - avoid this place at all costs. Also it was super loud - kind of a thumping club music vibe blech.

If you have a reservation be prepared to wait longer than hour. We arrived at the time of our reservation and were told it would be about 30 minutes. 45 minutes go by and we were told it would be another hour. We were in the same boat as several other people and after looking at reviews it seems like this is a theme with this restaurant. Horrible!

We went for dinner on Nov 5th, right before attending a Knicks game. I made a reservation, we were seating right when we walked in. We had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to our waitress Korine, who went above and beyond throughout our meal. She was attentive without ever feeling intrusive, knew the menu inside and out, and offered thoughtful recommendations that we genuinely loved. Her friendly attitude and genuine care made the evening feel special. Exceptional service like hers is rare—she truly elevated our dining experience!

Went here for dinner with my friends for a birthday, everything was great until about 10 minutes after I left I realized I had left my camera. Went back in and was told I could look around but they didn’t get anything up at the front. How can an establishment have have such little awareness that in less than 10 minutes someone could crawl into a booth to take something or one of the employees found it and pocketed it. Smh… Will not be returning which is unfortunate because the food and our server was great.

Service was minimal, the food came out at different times, and it wasn’t great considering the price. We also felt rushed to leave. I hope they improve these details because the space really has potential.
