I absolutely give 10 stars to this company and team from beginning to completion. Awesome customer service right from initial contact, great follow up, awesome crew doing the job, ZERO mess, local family I can support. I couldn’t possibly recommend them enough. I am very pleased! 2 months after install: I have turned my thermostat down to 19.5 most days and ironically can no longer hear outside noises like the beep when my truck locks. I love my new STICS installed windows!

Shawn and his crew were professional, friendly and skilled when taking out my old windows and replacing them with new ones. Shawn helped me through the paperwork and patiently explained every product and the benefits. I also had a back door replaced and again, the differences in products were explained. I felt that the crew did a really great job- not rushing and taking their time to complete everything with total care and attention. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had hired STICS Construction to replace one of our exterior doors in our house. I was very pleased with the initial visit from Shawn to discuss the job. He is very knowledgeable about the work required, and able to offer insights as to how the installation would be done. Six weeks later the door arrived, and Kevin did a great installation. He took the time to make sure the door fitted and operated perfectly, and didn’t leave our place until everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend this company, and would hire them again.
