I was happy with the service I got on the AC unit. It was routine maintenance but all information was relayed to me regarding the condition of the furnace and the AC unit. I have confidence the technician knows what he was doing and I will be using their services again in the fall for the routine furnace maintenance!

A++ Service and Workmanship displayed by Robert Golding. Showed up on time for appointment and when took a look at the problem area that needed to be worked on, he evaluated and gave a precise explanation of the process that be used to fix issue and gave a quote. The quote amount was reasonable. I agreed to cost and Robert went right to work to solve the issue and it was quick, professional and clean install of piping. Thankyou Sterling Plumbing and would definately use for other projects in the future. Also Thankyou to the reception team of Camille and Jess that also helped to make this happen. 🙂

The two technicians, Brayden and Grant who arrived on time to install our new furnace and air conditioner were terrific. They worked quickly removing the old and installing the new. They cleaned up any mess and were gone in less than an 8 he day. I highly recommend Sterling!
