I had been experiencing pain for quite some time and decided to book a consultation with Dr. Jessamine, and all I can say is that it has been an excellent experience.
During my first appointment, Dr. Jessamine listened carefully to all my concerns and everything I was experiencing. She took the time to educate me about my feet, explain what I could do on my own to relieve the pain, and walked me through custom orthotics and proper footwear.
I’ve been following Dr. Jessamine’s advice and using my orthotics for the past few months, my plantar fasciitis has improved significantly, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my daily life.
Dr. Jessamine is knowledgeable, professional, and kind, and her team is fantastic! The clinic is clean, welcoming, and always quick to respond to calls and emails, professional and friendly from start to finish.

Nothing but a great experience here. Olivia F is my chiropodist and she is wonderful. I had shockwave therapy and also got fitted for orthotics, which were quick to arrive and so comfy. Everyone is so friendly I’m a little sad I don’t have to go back haha!

This was my first visit to Step Right Foot Clinic, and I had an amazing experience with Rachel. As a beginner runner dealing with persistent foot pain after training, I really appreciated how patient and attentive she was. She carefully listened to my concerns, assessed my gait, and diagnosed the issue right away.
Rachel provided immediate relief with short-term solutions and took the time to fit me for new orthotics to prevent future problems. She even showed me some simple exercises to strengthen weaker muscles contributing to my pain.
I’m super impressed with the level of care I received. On top of that, the front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this clinic to all my running buddies and family members!

As a competitive athlete, I push my body—and especially my ankles—to the absolute limit. I badly strained my ankle during a drop set while deadlifting, and it got even worse after I accidentally stepped on it wrong. Olivia was incredibly nurturing and genuinely cared. She took her time and worked on the exact injured spot with precision, and after each session, my ankle felt better and functioned better. Now it feels brand new. What’s crazy is that I never even took a break from training—just one session a week worked wonders. Highly recommend Olivia to any athlete or anyone dealing with ankle issues. Also, shout out to Aera—my schedule’s all over the place, but she ensured everything was coordinated smoothly.
