What a truly amazing person! Stephen Osborne is o e of the most knowledgeable, competent, and most fearsome attorneys in the city. I was getting really inpatient with my case along the way, but he told me to hold out. I trusted him and let's just say the wait was worth it. He knows how much your case is worth, and if you put in your work to get better, he will put in his work in the courts. Only recommend going to Mr. Osborne for a personal injury claim. You won't regret it.

I called for a consultation about my medical malpractice case. They didn’t even hear my full case story and turned me down but not just that I’m tryna understand what the assistant was explaining to me. She goes on to say that the attorney will not take any cases that is past the 1 year limit. That I had 1 year to file after the date the injury occurred. I explained to her what happens if I was unaware & find out later on. She says that doesn’t matter they won’t take it because it is too late. Mind you I actually had up to 2 years after the date of injury & up to 1 year after the discovery date. Due to the fact that I was unaware of the injury at the time. It’s the whole reason for my complaint today. It’s beyond me how these attorneys can just turn you away regardless of even hearing the full story. It’s ok. Thank you anyways.

As was explained to you by my assistant, your potential case was prior to 10/1/23 when the 1 year statute of limitations for medical malpractice was the law. The statute of limitations changed to 2 years after 10/1/23. The statute of limitations date may be extended up to 3 years in limited circumstances when the discovery of the malpractice is later. Unfortunately, it appears that the issue was also well beyond the 3 year statute of repose. While we endeavor to explain this complex area of law, it appears that there somehow was not a understanding when the call concluded. We wish you well in all of your future endeavors.

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to Stephen Osborne and his amazing assistant Jess for all that they did for me during my ordeal from my car accident! I really needed help with dealing with the insurance company, finding a place to repair my car and finding help with medical treatment for my injuries. It was very stressful but from the instant I was able to retain attorney Stephen Osborne everything changed! I was guided every step of the way on every issue and the burden and stress was lifted from me! The kindness and compassion that this office has and extended to me is something I will be forever grateful for! On November 11 2018 a little girl was born 105 days early because her mom was hit by a truck. After 108 days in Renown's NICU we brought her home to later adopt her. We thought she might have a civil case against the driver of the truck, but had no idea how to proceed. We were contacted by Steve Osborne to schedule a meeting. From day one our concerns eased and all our questions were answered fully. When we came to the end of that case, Steve and his office didn't stop there. He put us in touch with the firm that would manage the money and represented us at that hearing to make sure the money would be placed in the account that would best suit the child. Steve's office didn't stop there. They negotiated with Renown and the state so we didn't have a huge debt to repay for the child's medical care. When the time came for the child to enter preschool, Steve again went above and beyond to help us get the funds released that were needed. We cannot express our gratitude enough to Steve and his team for the help they have given us and the help they will give us in the future. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.
