We have used Stephen K. Denny for our AC needs for over 15 years. They have put in a few units at different locations we were renting. I have always had good things to say about them until this past experience. Matt, the service technician, was fantastic. However, the office customer service was unprofessional, with little to no communication, no phone calls returned, and no insight into when we would get AC back in our office; also, there was no discussion of pricing.
While the compressor itself was covered by warranty, we were charged $ 1,600 for labor. I was in shock when I got the invoice. When I called to ask about it, I was just told, " Sorry, that is our labor cost". $800 an hour? I will no longer be recommending them to anyone.

A/C was not keeping up. Tim Peterman came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under an hour. He was very professional and polite!

We had great service as usual. D’Andre and his assistant were very thorough - pointing out that we had the wrong size filter and replacing our worn out capacitor, amongst everything else they do to maintain the system. Thank you!
