Dear Sachin, please note that the initial Free Discovery Calls which you scheduled concurrently with both of our Client Success Managers, Fidel and Jhanier, was not a legal consultation. It was an introductory call for us to assess your basic credentials for EB1a extraordinary ability green card.  The purpose of the free call was to discover facts about your background and EB1a qualifications, to make sure we can provide EB1a service to you.  Therefore, one of these concurrent discovery calls was cancelled by our intake team. You demanded a price match to another service provider and brought a list of questions which required an immigration legal advice, something our Intake and Client Success Specialists are not authorized by law to answer since they are not licensed US attorneys. To get answers to your specific legal questions, you had an option of scheduling a paid consultation with me or one of our highly experienced attorneys: Olga, Samriddhi, Jessica, Sanjana, or Diego. You expected us to share with you, for free, our internal work product with EB1a resources and advice on what evidence you should provide in support of your EB1a petition. We provide these resources and expert advice to clients who actually retain us for the EB1a service and become our clients. Each member of our team is committed to highest standards of professional conduct and would not bend to pressure to provide EB1a legal strategy advice which they should not provide without a attorney license according to US law and our internal policies. We are happy to consult you and answer all your legal questions, but you need to schedule a paid attorney consultation. Thank you for your understanding.
