Знал, что подхожу под EB-1A, но каждый раз, когда начинал изучать про процесс подачи, меня оставливала сложность. Столько всего нужно собрать, оформить, доказать. To whom ever is looking for the best and life savor lawyer. Here is he story. we wanted to move from Canada to the states so we asked friends and family for a recommended lawyer and they referred us to the so called lawyer he is not even a lawyer we paid and never got the job done and he gave us so much misinformation that we lost at least 6 months in the delays of him not knowing what is he talking about and on top of that 2 months of rent at 11400 a month so 22800 in delays because of him . and finally we said enough with that. we did more research and wanted to have the right lawyer . Olga was recommended to us by a friend but we made sure she was legit and what a life saver. within 9 Business days she had all the papers and applications ready. went to the L1A interview in the Pearson airport. and they officer said you are not allowed to apply for the l1A I texted Olga on the spot and she told me they don't know the law she sent me 2 screenshots of the right law that allow me to apply for the L1A . she told me get the supervisor involved and YES. she was right I was eligible but the officer was new and didn't know the right procedure> oh My God what a relief . We recommend Olga to all your immigration matters. she saved us from a lot of trouble . Highly recommend

The best Immigration Lawyer Olga is a lifesaver. We had a Person who called himself a lawyer he ended up is not. He wasted at least 6 months due to his lack of knowledge. we got Olga from a friend of my wife and she was very responsive, finished our file in literally 9 business days. I went to the immigration office at Pearson International and they told me that I can't apply for an L1A visa. EB1A I-140 Approval Thanks to Katya, Marina, and everyone involved for their help with my EB1-A I-140 approval. I learned about Stelmakh & Associates from one of my colleagues, and after reading all the reviews, I never considered any other firms — I decided to work with them earlier this year. In the initial stages, it took a few weeks to get the process started, but once a paralegal was assigned, they responded quickly and addressed all my feedback promptly.
