I was extremely impressed with Stellar. They were very communicative and honest with what my car needed. I was expecting to have several services done, but only one was needed - and at a great price. I will be going back for all future car needs.

This shop quoted me a price that ended up being hundreds of dollars off because they looked up the wrong part. When I pointed out that the mistake was theirs, they made no attempt to meet me halfway and simply said the new price was the price.
Not taking accountability for your mistakes is unacceptable in a business, and I definitely won’t return.
Edit: To be clear, I became frustrated only after it was obvious the shop was unwilling to take accountability or work with me on a solution. I started the conversation calmly and respectfully. The frustration came as a result of being hard-balled and dismissed.
