David arrived to quote promptly at 10am. He was friendly and professional. He explained everything clearly and in detail so all was understood. Due to our staircase being the shape it is we had to have the top of the range which came with the relevant cost. You have to balance that with what cost safety and independence which is worth more than the cost of the machine. Martin came out and a survey was completed. Order is going in today and expected delivery is mid to end January as it is specially made for us. The whole experience was perfectly simple, professional with a personal touch. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Top notch.

I just wanted to share my experience yesterday at this shop, where I was served by Martin. He was very lovely and took the time to explain everything in detail. I left feeling much more knowledgeable about the different types and range of scooters than when I came in. I just want to say a big thank you and that I look forward to doing business with you in the future once I have all the key details before going ahead with this suprise purchase for my grandmother. There was also a lovely lady there who kept my son entertained, I thought that was really sweet. Everyone was so friendly and professional, and I really appreciate that about them.

Had a problem with my mom's stair lift not working. Called at 12.15pm, with 10 minutes the engineer arrived and fixed the problem in about 15 to 20 minutes. Brilliant customer service !!! Thank you.

Took my mum to get a mobility walker. Jackie made us feel welcome straight away and suggested a suitable one. She was very patient with Mum showing her the best way to use it safely/folding it etc. Purchase made and happy mum can gain confidence again after recent health issues. Also nice to support an established local business. Thankyou Jackie and the team!

This company is the most efficient friendly and customer orientated I have ever been in contact with. I took my son’s wheelchair into them and they were extremely busy . Left the wheelchair at 10.30 am for new tyres and a service it wasn’t booked in I just turned up . Jackie telephoned me at 4.15pm to say the wheelchair was ready to collect . The speed at which they turned this around was unbelievable. The manager, wheelchair engineers and Jackie are so helpful. The cost is really fare they DO NOT overcharge. Excellent company I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for disability equipment . Thank you all so much

I came across this company whilst searching online, so glad i found them. I submitted an enquiry about what i needed and Jackie gave me a call back within minutes. I explained to her i was in need of a repair for a manual wheelchair footrest and i was able to drop it in the same day. She was so helpful and the foot rest was repaired same day. I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed. 5 star service.

What a fantastic team here at stechford Jackie and steve and all the team help my mom and nan out with there motability scooter and the shop is amazing too with a range of scooters for all needs and the toilets are the cleanest i have ever used for a public/private washroom So thank you guys we will me back
