Brett and his team did an amazing job at cleaning tiles in my parents basement. The tiles and the grout literally look brand new once they completed the job. I was going to toss the carpeting on the stairs leading to the basement because I never thought the dirt would come out but the team did a beautiful job cleaning the carpeting on the stairs also. I was blown away at the difference and would highly recommend. Brett responds very quickly and notified me when the team was on their way.

Brett and Steam Squad Cleaning are the best, he was able to come on short notice, and cleaned our couch in roughly an hour. Our couch was really dirty from getting a puppy and he made it look almost brand new. Highly recommend using Brett and this company for any carpet or upholstery cleaning you may need, thank you Brett!

Brett came out to clean our furniture and was on time, professional, and did an excellent job. He cleaned our couch, rug, and office chair, as well as our bed headboard and drawers, and even took care of the grout on our bathroom floor. Everything looks fantastic. I hired Steam Squad to clean two sofas. He arrived earlier than the time promised. I found him to be professional throughout the whole process. He was able to remove a stain on my sofa. That was my Main concern. He protected the floor area around both sofas prior to starting. Brett gave detailed instructions of what I should do after he was finished. He also made recommendations on how to protect the furniture with fabric protection. I would recommend Steam Squad, If looking for a quality service.

Brett single-handedly saved my life and family today. I have 2 cats that my dad dislikes. Someone unknowingly closed a door trapping Kiki and Bobo in the living room for 4 hours. During that time, one of them peed on a beautiful suede couch. I knew the standard pet cleaning spray I owned would not be sufficient in getting rid of the smell or the stain, and reached out to Steam Squad. Within 30 mins of being here, Brett the superhero was able to completely rid the couch of the smell and stain. Against all odds I believed, as cat pee will linger and suede is tricky to treat. But he did it with ease, confidence, kindness, and at a low price, even getting out other spots. I would call back in a heartbeat if anything arises again. Could not recommend more. Again, thank you Brett for your knowledge service and professionalism. Before and after photos included.
