A few days ago, I called about getting a policy for my mother and my girlfriend. The agent promised he'd call me back that day and email me as well. Neither happened. I called back yesterday and the rep transferred me to a geico automated machine for some reason when I asked to speak to who I spoke to yesterday. I also called back and left a voicemail explaining what happened because the lines were so backed up. I called again today and the lines are still backed up with no answer. Very concerning I gave a rep a ton of personal info only to have no type of follow up. Can't recommend anyone do business here, it makes me think the five star reviews are paid for.
