Contacted Stay Dry for inspection. They responded very quickly and were at my house within a couple days. Jordan inspected my roof, gave it a clean bill of health, and didn’t try to push for any unneeded work. He did give me a quote for adding a couple downspouts to improve my gutter drainage that I’ll probably have them do. I was impressed with their response time and professionalism. I’ll be contacting them when I need a new roof.

Very frustrating experience. They first told me in August that they would repair my roof and would work with the insurance company. I was told I would not be charged for anything after the insurance settlement. They finally did the work in October. Roofing contractors spoke little English. They removed one of our outside lights, saying it was broken and then never replaced it. They told me they were replacing 1/2 my roof and that it was all that the insurance would cover. They are now charging me over $500 because part of what they replaced wasn't covered! On top of that we incurred a fee of over $100 from our internet provider because the contractor moved our satellite dish without letting us know beforehand and it had to be realigned, money that will not be reimbursed from the company.
