We had some minor damage from the last set of storms and Kevin Murphy and his team did a great job taking care of our needs. Very professional. Loved that they worked with the quote from our insurance company and were transparent about the entire process. The team was quick and efficient with the repairs and our roof is as good as new. Very impressed with the company. We needed a section of our gutter replaced and they had it scheduled and fixed very quickly. My sales person Jordan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And the team who replaced the gutter worked very efficiently! I highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend stay dry roofing, we had severe wind and hail damage in 2021, Carl Smith had our roof inspected, and he came to our home and sat down with us to explain the process of having a roof replaced,every detail and the process of dealing with the insurance company, Carl worked with our insurance company for over a year, talk about dedication. Carl was very professional and patient, he let us know we could call him anytime with any questions or concerns. Excellent service from the initial quote to the finished roof. Roofing team took care to protect the landscaping and the outside area, they also did some painting on the inside, great job, the ceiling looks brand new. The roof looks outstanding, I love the color and how it looks on the house.
The roof has been on for about eight months, we had to call to have the chimney resealed, they were prompt and very professional, I don’t anticipate any problems.

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Stay Dry and specifically Aaron Holmes on a new metal standing-seam room. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Aaron. He has provided constant, informative, and timely communication. The process to choose the roofing type, color, and financing was efficient and no-hassle (even in this unique time). Very frustrating experience. They first told me in August that they would repair my roof and would work with the insurance company. I was told I would not be charged for anything after the insurance settlement. They finally did the work in October. Roofing contractors spoke little English. They removed one of our outside lights, saying it was broken and then never replaced it. They told me they were replacing 1/2 my roof and that it was all that the insurance would cover. They are now charging me over $500 because part of what they replaced wasn't covered! On top of that we incurred a fee of over $100 from our internet provider because the contractor moved our satellite dish without letting us know beforehand and it had to be realigned, money that will not be reimbursed from the company.
Ms Lopez, we apologize for the confusion. we are currently in contact with you trying to resolve this situation.

Despite the length of time everything took to complete siding fascia soffit and gutters port hurricane Michael, stay dry did a great job with final product and was good at communicating changes to schedule and project needs. Would recommend them for others.
